With a crew of 30+ workers & close relationships with local subcontractors, Tradition Construction completes fit-ups, renovations, additions and other builds in London and surrounding area.

Qualifications & Experience:

·Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in both commercial and residential construction estimating.

·Construction Project Management an asset

·Familiarity with Ontario Building Regulations, and Ontario/London tendering process.

·Post-Secondary Diploma or Certificate in related field.

·Proven proficiency in the complete bidding process.

·Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and Estimating software.

·Ability to read and understand construction drawings/ blueprints and contract documents.

·Thorough knowledge of contract language / Terms and Conditions / Bonding, etc.
